Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AI APAC Enterprise platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI APAC.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

• You must not use the platform for generating malicious code, misinformation, or engaging in automated data harvesting.
• API Rate Limits: Usage is subject to the technical limits defined in your enterprise subscription tier.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our models is strictly prohibited.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI APAC and its licensors.

In no event shall AI APAC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our inability to access or use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
