Use the Partner workspace for upload guidelines, submission status, and published content. For a blocked upload or an unclear editorial request, choose Partner submission when opening a support ticket.

Sign in and open My support tickets to see your requests and replies. If you submitted without an account, keep the ticket number and use the email conversation from support.

Yes. You can send a ticket with your name and email address. An account is not created automatically. Sign in when you want a complete support history, secure replies, and your account context attached to future requests.
